This phone is simple, easy to set up, no contract, very solid, incredible battery life. Would like it to be louder on a call, but I am hard of hearing.

My 81 year old mother has a significant hearing loss and suffers from macular degeneration which results in tremendous vision issues. I searched far and wide to for a phone that was suitable for her use. This phone is fantastic and an incredible value. Although my mothers challenges are great, I would recommend this for any senior just because it is so simple to use. I was able to very easily add it to my ATT&T contract. The sales rep was excited to see the phone, because none of the big carriers has anything available for this large market. I would suggest that Snapfon start talking to ATT and others and make these phones more readily available.

Love this phone - works great for my elderly parents. My Dad has big hands and couldn't use my Mom's cell phone. I bought this to replace Mom's phone and showed it to Dad - the buttons were big enough for him to use it - so bought him his own phone as well. Only issue I had was that getting the back off and on took patience and determination when we first got the phones. But I love the feature where the phone talks as you dial so you know you are dialing correctly. I bought a third phone to replace my sister's cell as well. These were great gift ideas - and now the entire family is all using the same brand and model of phone, so if anyone has problems with how to do something, I can answer them - or check it out myself without having to go to their house to get their phone.
I fully intend to replace my own phone with this same model phone after Christmas. We are not using the phone service that comes with the phones though - we all have AT&T Go Phone accounts and this unlocked phone works perfectly with our existing AT&T service. All I had to do was charge the phones, and put our simm cards in the new phones and they worked. No trips to the AT&T Store - it was simple and easy. Thank you for making something that men can use and elderly can use - without all the bells and whistles of the "smart phones", but with enough services that it meets the needs as an simple cell phone when you are on the go.
