I bought this little vacuum for the upstairs, 2 bedrooms with hardwood and a small carpeted hallway.

It has amazing suction power. No rotating brush head so it is so/so on the carpeting. The bag is small but I've only had it for a week and didn't fill it up yet.

the flexible tubing is cheap but he wand is very sturdy metal. havent' used the attachments yet

My wife is picky about the vacuum cleaner. She had a 1993 Dirt Devil that we kept going with jury-rigged switches and duct tape for about a decade after it should have been sent to the junk pile, but it was exactly what she needed...so when this new one came, it had a lot of prejudice to overcome...and did. She used this one once and said goodbye to the old one.

Having recently installed hardwood floors I bought this cute canister to replace my upright. I am very pleased with just about everything about this vacuum.

It has the best suction of any vacuum I've owned, even better than my small shop vac. The suction is adjustable, with a slider on the wand and one on the vacuum itself. Although the bags are somewhat small, the way they sit in the vacuum lets them hold quite a lot of dirt. This vacuum makes cleaning up after two cats a breeze.

I love the handle and how lightweight the vacuum is. To clean something up higher I hold the vacuum by the handle, giving me a few more feet of reach. This makes it easier to clean the tops of kitchen cabinets and stairs.

It's nice having the retractable cord but I do wish it could have been about 10 feet longer. If you have a larger room you will have to move the plug to another outlet (my 28 foot living room requires two different outlets to do the job). Cord length issues aside, as I said in the review title, it's an awesome little vacuum!
